How important are the power level numbers going to be? I remember one of the main plot points of the original story arcs was that the Scouters - and by extension the power levels - were basically useless and unreliable. Are we still going by that logic here?

Also, Raditz doesn't even need to be powered up that much. Just give him some Saibamen, that would even things up real quick.
