Quick Summary ---

	I am looking to create a fantasy style current-age RP. Character will have powers, but more of a heavy scifi feel too it is what I will be driving on, but pure fantasy is fine as well. (By that, I mean I don't really care how your powers work from a background/breakdown standpoint) It is current age, so the characters are as modern as you are (if not having access to near high end scifi tech that you create yourself...such as lasers, nanotechnology, cybertech etc.) and they are going to be thrown into a massive war against those with powers against those without. 

	The plot is pretty vague to allow for a great deal of innovation on our parts together as well as letting me perhaps surprise you. 
		As a moderator I moderate pretty heavy. I will directly interact with you with NPCs or veer you towards other characters, thus you will always have something to respond too in detail. I post a great deal of information and, even if I don't post to you a great deal of plot could happen in other posts so I recommend reading all posts thus this is a high advance RP (hope that still attracts people x.x). Fights may happen, but even if you are not a "combat focused" Rper, I will give you plenty of communication and non-combat play if I sense or you say that is your preference. 

	This is an Rp I want to commit to for a while so I want to say make characters with powers that are very versatile and can grow, but don't give your character everything all at once and make them all powerful (especially considering most of the powered characters won't really know they have powers until in the RP) thus the point of the Rp is to grow and I will give you many opportunities of stress and development. 

	For those of you that wish for a great deal of challenge I would recommend DELTA. Being the bad guys of the main cast is always grand. I advise to be a creative as possible with character creation because, as I love to do, I read histories you create and incorporate them into the plot. Build your character wisely whether it be an empowered child, DELTA agent, human civilian, government official, or nonpartisan.
