Quirk Ability: Ability to control the movement and speed of photons (aka light), is also made of a mass of photons that can only be manipulated in the most basic ways with the quirk, otherwise can move like a body. Photons are manipulated via connecting protons with the main mass. Can create solid masses of photons that can be manipulated.
Drawbacks, Has an internal battery that needs to be recharged through sunlight, needs to be recharged every two days at least, else lethargy and an inability to use powers will set in. If the core mass of photons is wounded they can regenerate through prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Average family, single child. Powers manifested at birth. Role model are the mobsters of the prohibition period (Al Capone etc)
Went to schooling to work with solar panels/clean power due to its compatibility with his quirk. He changed when he was mugged on his way from school and realized how  tenacious and powerful his quirk was in fights. He continued his schooling in electrical mechanics to open a side business to funnel his criminal income. 
He chose to become a villain instead of a hero to eventually gain true power in the world/political system, not the small power of heroes. Ultimate goal is to rule the world so that people can start to work together on a global scale to progress. Prefers to settle things peacefully but not afraid of settling things with someone dead. Dislikes doing stuff personally
Unknown(TBD) if he is immortal due to photons not decaying.
