The mindset I tried to have for it was perhaps for him to gain one Legacy technique per arc as he encountered old circus members scattered after the ship incident. No certainties yet. Just wanted to make sure all of this was put out, as I don't like making people read through my entire CS to find changes, hah. [/list]
