You can add borderline to the list of what yor character might have though since peopel with borderline can still attend regular schools as well in m experience. I'm not a fan of bipolar though, since in RP it often result in very odd characters that make very little sense in their behaviour, or so I've seen. So bottom line: the disability is primarily physical, but like I said, quirky characters with odd personality traits or suffering from trauma are definitely allowed.
