Don't worry about it. There's no way to delete posts without getting one of the mods involved and all it means on my end is editing the first post rather than making new ones.
It doesn't bother me too much but it's worth remembering for the future. It's kind of an unwritten rule that only the approved version goes into the characters tab. (I know all this because I used this site a while ago on a different account)
