Pat Hogan, the eleven year old child test subject at the Training Center. Pat allowed the girl to slam the door shut on his face, more from unexpectedness than anything. He peered at her inquisitively and perhaps it was a good thing Mya was unable to see his face, for what else would a timid girl see than an intimidating figure? As Pat was about to rebut her stammers with his own reasoning, he heard the official's voice once more, louder now, and froze. His words died in his throat and gave her a nod, the muzzle making a clicking noise as it shuffled at the movement. "sorry," He whispered back. "I couldn't wait to meet the new guys, hopefully there will be some cool dudes and dudettes to chat with." The bell went off at Pat's last word, to which he unwillingly flinched at. Even so, the spell of uneasiness about him woven by the official's threatening voice seemed to melt away at the bell, for now they all had a valid reason to go out. He went for the door eagerly, then remembered about Mya. They had a chat in the past, though nothing lengthy or intimate, but enough for him to catch on the fact that she was blind. He proceeded to take her hand in his, other hand going to the door as he spoke. "Come on, we can leave now right? You shouldn't miss breakfast."
