All is good! Except in stats.

It 4 is better than you describe. It's like.. minimum effort to get to the top of the class for int 4.

Soc 1 is worse than you describe. You would either actively rub people the wrong way, seize up, or shut down or something like that. 

Nve 4 is probably alright but I'd let ya get away with more.

Accepted, so long as you change the stats to be a bit more appropriate to the numbers you chose :)
