[@Parallel Hearts] Alrighty then, Second Question. As all the Sakura Five are composite beings of Divine Spirits. Would it then not be possible for the individual manisfestation of each via the mooncell. Asking out of importance due to the overpowering nature of 'Earth Mother Goddesses' The kind that comprise King Protea.
Correct me if I didn't understand your question correctly. But, anyway, here's the answer. If you are asking whether or not the Sakura Five are viable choices for this story, the answer is yes (with some strings attached). Let me explain my intentions with the whole concept of this RP first, before I elaborate a little more on that answer. I came up with this idea because of two points that almost no one running a Fate-inspired RP seems to be willing to address, despite them being detrimental to both players and GMs more often than not:
1st, the fact that Masters aren't that very fun. More often than not, they are an afterthought to players joining a Fate RP simply to try to play with a Servant concept that they fancy. Sure, every once in a while you find people who want to play a legitimate Master, but most of these are actually looking for a Fate/Zero & Stay Night like experience, where the Magi are the focus (which doesn't happen in Fate RPs since the majority of the people want some hot Servant vs. Servant action). It's impossible to find a balance unless you have a very close knit group of players and this isn't even a hyperbole. Simply scouring the vast majority of Fate RPs in this very site's casual section shows that Servant slots get filled in the blink of an eye and then people struggle to death with Masters (and then, Master/Servant pairings), sometimes literally, since I've seen countless Fate RPs die before even beginning exactly because Masters and pairing bog everything down. The solution to this? Build a scenario where Masters are optional at worst, and completely irrelevant at best. 2nd, people have to summon "real" Servants. This one wasn't that much of a thing I had complaints about (in regards to Fate RPs) before Fate blew up so hard as a multimedia Franchise, introducing all kinds of crazy ideas and potentially awesome Servant concepts that a fandom RP player would love to try. However, whenever something really cool appears in a piece of the Franchise, you can bet that it'll be followed by some bogus caveat like "Normally, this is impossible, but for this Fate/Whatever work, it happened anyway...". Grand Order is by far the greatest offender when it comes to this to the point it's not even worth mentioning how many times that kind of statement comes up in that game. But, when you think about it hard enough even the original F/SN was composed of a majority of "Servants that should be impossible to summon normally": Medusa (anti hero), Kojirou (a Wraith/Phantom Spirit), Saber herself both in OG and Alter versions (Not being "dead" and not being "real", respectively), EMIYA (do I need to explain this guy?). Even if there were plot-related excuses for all of them to exist in the story, this is just an example of how Nasu makes lore just to break it for narrative purposes. Bear in mind that I'm not criticizing Nasu's writing here, cringy seafood porn aside, F/SN and most of the other works of the franchise, in particular GO's latest few Singularities and main events. What I'm eternally annoyed at is seeing GMs blocking people from using ideas they want to experiment for no reason other than "Nasu said it's impossible to summon this or that, or that 'Servant X/Y/Z' doesn't exist in history, just on this specific work" or because "Person Ω is 'too strong'". I can understand it when a GM is running a game in a canon scenario like Fuyuki, the Moon (before it went totally bonkers) or Trifas, but if you are making everything from the ground up, why toss aside willing players who just want to have a good time playing your story while RPing their favorite Servants, just because of "canon purity"? Anyway, the solution to that? Not be a hypocrite and follow my own ethos.
Now that I've made my motives known, let me go back to the question and say that yes. However, considering that the Sakura Five are all overwhelming broken by design, I'm only willing to allow them (and any other overpowered Servants like Rulers and most Top Servants) as long as someone applying them behaves in a way that's appropriate to group play. Any attempt to break the game, or harass the other PCs will be met with a corrective measure proportional to the misconduct (anywhere from a warning, to outright banning). Lastly, I'll take this chance to explain to anyone, why there are two classes that aren't available from the list of playable Servants on GO. - Moon Cancers: I don't believe that I need to explain why BB has to be kept as an NPC (in case she does appear at all). - Foreigners: You are going to fight alien threats in this story. If Foreigners end up appearing in the RP, it'll be as enemies or cryptic ally NPCs. Though, I could be convinced to allow someone to play as a Foreigner, if they agree on some extra compromises. Anyway, sorry for hijacking the question to go on such a huge unasked for explanation.

TL;DR: If you want to play as Kingprotea you can, as long as you behave in a conducive manner.
