Hey, checking in with my interest for taking a Lancer spot. I am not too familiar with how stuff works with fate so I am unsure if there are any changes that need to be made to the character from the stuff from grand order or not. Not sure if being summoned in France would make a difference to his sheet either. But here is my application ^_^! Era: The Age of Gods Alignment: Lawful Neutral
A general with what one would call a “competent yet lazy” persona. A man who speaks frivolously and is a showcase of an attitude of low motivation. Hector is a man who could be seen as the calm and jestful type, however also quite analytical and perceptive. When given orders that he believes to be miscalculations he will speak against them with composure and give his master some advice in a way that can hopefully be comprehended by them. Although even if things do not go as intended, Hector is a carefree person from the beginning to the end as he is of the mind that everything is alright if things smooth out eventually… Hector is a general with a very resourceful nature that had been thoroughly tempered through his quest for victory during the Trojan War. A man who could still manage to make his plans work somehow even during those hopeless defensive sieges where he was a hero whom the gods looked spitefully upon fighting against a host beloved by them. Whether it was shrewd genius or the work of an irresponsible gambler who was screwing around it wasn’t very clear, but either way he did manage to prolong the Trojan War up to the point where he was eventually defeated. However it was not only his strategic abilities that made the Achaean side suffer so dearly during that time, it was the daring smile that he wore against them as he used another talent of his, provoking his enemies, it did not matter if it was in the middle of a battle or during a break, Hector would make sure that Achilles and the other Achaean heroes had been thoroughly harassed. [s][/s]

The great hero that fought on the side of the Trojans during the “Trojan War”. He was known as “Hector of the Shining Helmet.”. Hector scolded Troy who was at a disadvantage in regards to numbers, moved to the aged king who was his father, brought together the Trojan army, and continued to wage war against the Achaeans. When and after Hector lost to Achilles in a one-on-one duel, the Trojan side proceeded to decline. Originally, the impetus of the Trojan War rose forth from the beginning when Paris, Hectors beloved younger brother, had snatched away Helen of Troy, Queen of the Achaeans. Helen had received abuse from her husband Menelaus, and as far as Paris was concerned, it was a justified reason for him to save her back then. After all the only reason Menelaus had married Helen was for the purpose of reaching Elysium after his death. No matter what occurred, Hector’s love for his younger brother would not waver, even though Paris was not able to see the whole picture and completely made the situation worse by saving a person just in front of his eyes. Even if they had returned Helen it would have been obvious that the act would result in other reparations such as the cession of territories to the achaeans and even the decapitation of Paris. Hector could not abide by these options and so decided to fight for his younger brother. Even though Hector had recognized that there was no justice to be found in this conflict, and that it was really about the Achaean resentment towards Paris, he decided that he will fight his opponents to the bitter end. For ten years Hector was viewed as the strongest warrior of the Trojan army, their army commander, and even a politician. He was a hero who had easily betrayed even the expectations of the gods, having cornered the Achaean army to the brink of retreat for a period of time. However the situation of the war has been gradually overturned by Achilles, a hero who was beloved by the gods. Even so Hector somehow held out. Sometimes by repeatedly escaping and sometimes by repeatedly fighting, all the while making provocations. In the end he was compelled to engage in a one-on-one duel in a semi-compulsory manner because of Achilles’ spear. Hector had already resigned to the fact that his luck had finally run out and that now this conflict between him and Achilles had come to its end. However he had not cast away his temptation for victory, and so he accepted the one-on-one duel wholeheartedly even though it happened to end in his defeat. Although during this duel he had realized the secret of Achilles body. And so before Hector died he carved a dying message upon his own flesh which Paris was made aware of once Hector’s body was returned to Troy. With Hectors message and the support of the sun god Apollo he was able to splendidly shoot through the heel of Achilles and avenge his older brother.
Weapon: Durindana Parameters: Strength: B Endurance: B Agility: A Mana: B Luck: B Class Skills: Riding: B The ability for riding. That is, it is nothing but him extending the handle of the sword on occasions and throwing it as a spear. Although he cannot use both the sword and the spear simultaneously, even if he is summoned as either a Lancer or a Saber, he will always possess both the sword and the spear Noble Phantasms. To defend against this thrown spear, one must prepare a defensive Noble Phantasm that is at least equivalent to “Rho Aias”. Also, both True Names of the two forms are strictly called “Durindana”, so even if the second half of the names are omitted, it is possible to activate them as Noble Phantasms
