@tathgon - there are a few things in your form that needs to be addressed, specifically under the History section... So let me start by saying that the AISE doesn't offer any special attention to the Testing Subjects, and I believe that I mentioned in the first post, or at least implied, that nobody has any idea that the Rebellion exists, not to mention the AISE, other than those that are part of the Rebellion, so that might take some adjusting. Maybe instead he could hobby in spying on people and telling the Officials about things that he thinks are suspicious, but he wouldn't be able to find anything for the Rebellion... I'm sorry but that's just how the RP is. And then there's the part about offering him freedom? That would not happen under any circumstance.
As far as appearance goes, you're perfectly fine there, but it could use some more description.
The Ability is perfect and I actually really like the idea you had for that ^_^
