It was a reply to [i]Ὡς ἂρα διά γυναικός ἐῤῥρύη τὰ φαῦλα[/i] (Evil came from women), to which she replied [i]Ἀλλά καὶ διά γυναικός πηγάζει τά κρείττω[/i] (But also good), referring to the original sin and Jesus respectively. 

You can include a modern Greek translation when you use this quote (Απο την γυναίκα πηγάζουν και τα καλά), so it can be easier to understand and translate.
