Deeper Than The Sands

Date: October 6th, 1924

Notes: Remember - all directions are from the Docks. So if you want to go from one to the other you would need to head back to the docks and then go to another place. (Two rounds to get from one place to the docks, two rounds to get from docks to next place.) To the left they would find the market and bazaar. Straight ahead they would find the rose gardens and perfume dealers. To the right there was a sign for Tours to Athribis and Leontopolis. Leontopolis was known for it's ancient tiles. Athribis was known as the birth place of Amenhotep and many artifacts in the museum back in Cairo held pieces from many a dig that had happened there, transported on rails by trains funded by a George Jay Gould. This is also where you will find the main train depot in the area.
Boat: Well the man is still out cold but the hallway is clear, at least it appears that way at first. The hallway itself is free from foot travel but beyond the hall, one can see through the portal on the door to the bridge. People were up there but they were working and didn't seem to take notice of Reddish and Josephine as of yet. This was good and perhaps their only chance to book ass out of there and try to get around on the ship some. They had two choices, try to get past the bridge without being spotted or go back through the infirmary, out the back door, and down the stairs behind it to the Elite deck. Docks By Boat: Well that was unexpected. They had already had one person show up injured and now another. Thing was, this person obviously had had a bit worse of time about things than the previous. There was a problem though, it was hard to recognize the woman. She was stung up pretty bad and didn't exactly look like herself. "Um, woah..." one of the guards said as he looked at her. The other took a step back, as if she had been infected by one of the plagues of Egypt, boils and sores. "I... do you have a ticket?" he asked. Even if he felt bad for her condition, he couldn't do anything until he had a ticket and even then, it would take time. First thing was first, he'd have to have a ticket. Then they could try to help, maybe. Train at Athribis: Poor Richard. His nose. Yeah, that thing is busted and there is blood. On him and on the window. Window is in tact however. Now, this doesn't seem to get the attention of anyone else on the train, they were forced on what was going on outside of the train. I guess, all we can say is at least he didn't set himself on fire as of yet. Maybe Vera's luck got transferred to Richard, only time will tell. People are allowed to leave the train now but are being cautioned to be careful out there. It doesn't seem to be an attack or anything but there is a line forming outside of the train as people are buying return tickets, ready to get the hell out of there as a goat rushes past the windows of the train, chasing some poor woman. Athribis: As everyone got out of sight of the rest of the people running around like chickens with their heads cut off, or like a mad goat was chasing after them laughing in baa's, whichever works, it seemed a bit calmer where the group was. Nora wasn't able to pick anything out grand. Just able to follow Belladonna. Gene, well she was having a pull in her stomach and in the back of her mind. And she wasn't the only one. Belladonna turned slightly and looked around, as if something was off as she pressed her palm to her abdomen. She had had this feeling before, it was almost like a calling, a need, but it felt off. Looking over towards Reginald, who was escorting her for now, Belladonna looked towards where the path took them further, down and beneath the main dig, into the ruins. "Somewhere out of the sun," she said before she started walking again.
