I've enjoyed the Gears of War series in their game form and found some of the moments heart wrenching to the point I felt as though I was in Dom's shoes. The books have given me deeper understanding on the whole universe for that franchise too and for some reason, I feel like I can relate to so much the characters go through with the idea of "bottling up their problems".

Bakuman, though a manga, has also shown me that somethings in life are just worth that leap of blind faith. I still plan on writing my book and actually get a big morale booster when reading it.
