Yoshimitsu launched himself backwards away from his opponent, his sword following shortly behind him. Even so, Taiki's open palm still managed to graze him, sending him off balance and careening into another wall. [b]Pitiful,[/b] whispered a dull, unenthused voice into Yoshimitsu's ear. "Hey time out, did you just hear that!?" the young Shinigami said, righting himself and brushing dirt off his uniform. "Sword, was that you?" he queried to no avail. His blade remained silent. [i]Great, not only do I not know my Zanpakuto's name but it's openly mocking me.[/i] His mind became clouded like a storm front had just rolled in. "Never mind the time out, I guess I need to keep going," Yoshimitsu sighed, taking his defensive stance once more.
