[@Sho Minazuki] So, to clarify, you want me to be more explicit about his level of skill with the lance.  Or perhaps you're thinking of having him start with a great lance?  I was heavily implying his expertise with the training references but I can tweak the ambush scene to showcase his abilities a little more obviously if you wish.
