[@Yankee] The combination more or less. I'd say the best approach is to tone down the bonuses. Sticking with Sunbeam seems to be in character to her so you need only change the bonuses. 

[@Savo] Pretty good. You may need to pm me the details of his birth though. Still, everything else is filled out just fine.

Only thing is the ability is a bit too difficult to do. The increased evasion is fine, there's no numeric for it, just an influencer, but the active portion is the main problem. Please keep it simple. I don't currently have ideas you may consider but this and needing to know your backstory is really all that's needed.
