Maximillian Fischer was a blue ranger.

He was born in South Africa, but orphaned at a young age and trained to be a child soldier. At age 14 he escaped his "father" and fled to the west. For 5 years, he has tried to live a normal life as a young college student living in Angel Grove. He still sees his therapist once a week, but so far he hasn't had an incident of violence.

He is generally sociable, but ocasionally has a dark sense of humor. He does, however, feel extreme guilt about his actions as a boy, and he often questions zordon's choice to make him a ranger. 

What he brings to the team is experience. Having been raised on combat, he is comfortable with the madness and violence that it brings. Unlike most power rangers, he has no official martial arts training, but instead brawls his enemies and isn't afraid of using techniques that might be considered underhanded.
