I like Phil's personality a lot. He's got the positives everyone loves to gloat about going on, but there's depth in here beside that. In a lot of characters you'd probably only see that half of the story being presented as the full character: I'm glad to see that there's some personal stuff [i]behind[/i] all the good actions he takes.
