It's the same thing as a topic, if it was private and had a couple features for shiz like permission lists. I actually saw this [i](WAY LONG AGO)[/i] on a different site, just called 'em private topics. Exact same thing here. With less features cuz b3t4>

So, you click the mail image, and it takes you to what topics you have. You click topic, you get to read topic. There's a textbox at bottom. :'D

If you mean the bit on creating a new convo, you just "compose new" or whatever it's called, and write up the list of people you want to be able to see it (everyone can see the same topic at the same time, including any posts made by anyone permitted into the topic). You can put down more than just one person, and the limit's pretty high. Since I was able to put almost everyone from Nova in one.
