In the long distant past as Humanity was in the first age of kings and the population began making a foot hold on history, the negative thoughts and emotions that could not be contained began to pool into great beasts of shadow. Guardians were chosen, wielding the elements that made up the world as it was known. For many years the guardians watched over our growing civilization watching the ages of mankind come and go as they passed down their roles from successor to successor. They protected us from our most dangerous enemy, the darkness within us all. But one day a great calamity came and threatened to destroy everything.
A dark beast more powerful than any that had come before it, a symbol of the greatest sins of the world manifested into a creature promising only chaos and destruction: The Fallen. It's immense strength was too much to defeat, but the guardians stood strong against it and prevailed through the use of their combined strength to seal it away in slumber beneath the earth. To maintain the seal and protect it from the many other beasts that still manifested in an attempt to free their great destroyer, the Guardians have dutifully maintained watch generation after generation.
Now on the site of the ancient catastrophe's prison between the Five gates that act as the locks binding the seal in place, a great city now stands as a testament to the heroes' great deeds. Here in the city Sanctuary though threats remain ever present, peace is maintained and a new team of five Magical Girls have been chosen by the source of the guardians' powers and so it is once again time for the old guard to lead the new generation to reaching their full potential.....
Hey guys, just was talking over an RP idea for a magical girl rp where the magical girls represented the 5 elements of Fire, Ice, Wood, Lightning, and Metal. This is the rough draft for the hook, and we're looking to gauge interest before we dive in. Let me know if it sounds fun!
Important Stuff:
- The idea would be that everyone gets to run 1 newbie magical girl and 1 veteran magical girl who's a little past her prime. Yep, ideally everyone gets 2 characters unless you'd rather run 1 or the other.
- Only 1 magical girl in each attribute in each generation, the elements would be as stated above Fire, Ice, Wood, Lightning, and Metal. I wanna make sure the rp is easily manageable but if all goes well we'd expand in the future!
- Open to creative characters and ideas, would love to hear your thoughts about it!
