[color=FFCB00]➼[/color]He wears a silver dog-tag necklace at all times, as well as a pair of over-the-ear headphones (these hang around his neck when he’s not using them). He prefers long-sleeves as well as hoodies and scarves–unless it’s the dead of summer, of course.

[color=FFCB00]➼[/color][b]Aerokinesis –[/b] the psychic ability to manipulate air molecules and wind currents, granted by his Celestial. Aldric can command the air around him with his mind. This ranges from whipping up the wind, making himself or others float above the ground, and even cutting off someone’s ability to breathe. 
[color=FFCB00]➼[/color][b]Enhanced Reflexes –[/b] also known as [i]cat-like reflexes[/i], granted by his Celestial. The user has heightened senses that drastically increases their reaction time. Aldric can use this ability to dodge attacks, or more simply: to catch a fallen cup before it hits the floor and shatters.
[color=FFCB00]➼[/color]Thanks to his love for music, Aldric took violin lessons and now plays in his spare time–sometimes even at the coffee shop he works at. Although he’ll say he’s still got a lot to learn, he’s proven to be very skilled with it.

[color=FFCB00]➼[/color]Aldric suffers from [u]Phonophobia[/u]: a [i]fear of loud noises[/i]–specifically bangs or crashes. While a loud scream or a car noise will definitely startle him & put him on edge, a crash or a clap of thunder will instantly send him into a panic attack until he can get himself away from the source of the noise. For this reason, he keeps a set of noise-cancelling headphones on him at all times; whether to drown out the sound with calming music, or to just muffle everything altogether.
[color=FFCB00]➼[/color]He has always had a low sense of self-worth. Due to this and being bullied as a child, he can be easily affected by someone’s words. He tends to keep to himself as a result, and won’t open up to someone until he can truly believe he can trust them.
[color=FFCB00]➼[/color]Aldric lacks physical strength, though he makes up for it in stamina. In a battle of muscles, he would surely fail. He has never been a fan of strenuous work, preferring the lifestyle of “brains over brawn.”

[color=FFCB00]➼[/color]Aldric is a very soft-spoken boy, and not the type to reach out and try to make friends, so he can be quite nervous in new interactions. This does not mean that he is unapproachable–the boy probably couldn’t hurt a fly. He is very friendly and compassionate even towards complete strangers. It isn’t until he meets someone that he can trust that he will come out of his shell and open up. When he’s comfortable, he likes to joke and play around, and share his hobbies with his friends.
However, he’s pretty keen at sensing someone’s feelings. If they seem uninterested, or approach with a threatening aura of any kind, Aldric will back down immediately. He avoids conflict at all costs. The only exception seems to be when someone is in dire need of help, especially someone he holds close.

[color=FFCB00]「 Before the Battle 」[/color]
Aldric is an orphan; he does not remember most his childhood and who his parents are, or if they are even alive. He’s never asked; either one of those answers scare him. All he knows is that he was adopted by two wonderful fathers who have cared for him as their own. Even so, he couldn’t help but be a rather reclusive child growing up.
He had a rough time in school due to these reasons which made him become a target for bullying. He was picked on for his appearance, for his hobbies, and for being adopted by gay parents. Of course, this forced Aldric to isolate himself even more than he already did. He didn’t want to be bothered, and he didn’t want to risk getting close to someone out of fear that they would turn on him. And telling someone about it was too scary for his young mind to consider.
The eventful day soon came where Aldric was pushed too far. His bullies began to get physically violent with him, and it was at this point that his previously dormant Celestial powers broke through. A wild wind spun around his abusers, knocking them away. Aldric’s emotions took hold of him so much that he couldn’t control these newfound powers, and he almost ended up sucking the air right out of one of the bully’s lungs. Luckily he came to his senses before any real damage was done, but it was more than enough to teach those boys a lesson.
It took a lot of coercing from his parents, but Aldric soon came to terms with his powers. They were a part of him just like everything else. He was afraid of losing control like he did before, and wanted to prevent it from happening again. So, his parents worked to train him in mind and body. He was quite frail, so muscle building was difficult. But, he was able to work on his stamina and endurance, and learned how to move swiftly, and to flow alongside his gift of wind. These skills would be what helped him survive and fight back against the Dark Mage, ultimately saving the world.

Aldric is still coming to terms with everything. It’s hard for him to believe that he was in a coma for several months, that the world was on the brink of destruction, and that [i]he[/i] was one of the ones responsible for saving it.
But, it [i]would[/i] explain why he can’t remember a thing, besides his name. He listens to everyone’s stories, and he believes every single one of them. It’s just… hard for him to imagine. He certainly doesn’t [i]feel[/i] like some mighty hero. Although, he [i]has[/i] rediscovered his powers over wind. And with no memory, he’s going to have to start practicing with them in order to use them correctly again. Hopefully he won’t ever have the need to do so, but still.
After he awoke, he was offered a job at the local cafe/coffee shop. He spent a lot of his time there already before his memory loss, so the workers and customers were already familiar with him. They hoped it would eventually help to bring back some of his memories. After all, somewhere in his subconscious, he still knew how to play his violin… There had to be hope that the rest of his memory would return. Some of his interactions leave him feeling very melancholy, since he can’t remember anyone who recognizes him. But Aldric is doing his best to push through it.

[color=FFCB00]➼[/color]The dog-tag Aldric wears belonged to one of his adoptive fathers’ and was given to him as a gift on his 13th birthday after they started training with his powers.
[color=FFCB00]➼[/color]Aldric owns a white Alaskan Malamute named Aspen who has been trained in emotional support, as well as home protection–just in case. Although Aldric can’t remember when he got his dog, he still loves him all the same, and Aspen is just happy that his owner is awake again.
