So far I'm enjoying these fusion of ideas. I do feel trying to reach out and find Aimon for some answers that can help weaken Faerguaine would be nice to build to that eventual confrontation than just speed running to the lair and possibly either nearly or certainly dying. But from how you described the past MacAlister that tried confronting Faerguaine, its very much likely, like many before, were captured or perished beneath its cunning and magic. But this time, news from a surviving party member of a MacAlister of Faerguaine's physical power being increased would be a good way to seek out Aimon, the last living party member that once journeyed with Fergus.

Also another piece of information that was on my mind about Faerguaine was its fascination with the idea of creation in the magic, physical and social aspect. This would help add to Faerguaine eventual achievement to become stronger through a magic spell. Another aspect of this interest is that after generations of MacAlister's have failed, the dragon has sowed doubt in the name of Clan MacAlister by spreading false information and degrading their stories of achievement. Previous generations of MacAlisters would find people questions the skill of their people, and although most have shown and proven of their skills, they would still be defeated by Faerguaine and the people once again question Clan MacAlister.

Once I finish a summary of the world's history and brief information of each major region, then I will create the OOC. Once the OOC is created, I may give it a few days to see if anyone else becomes interested. But if enough time passes, then we can start in the IC.
