[/quote] It's a very versitile idea, that can work either way, but it's best to have the plot figured out at least somewhat so that we have a place to turn if things get unclear. As for the crystals? Hm....A point system probably would be good, or have them plot driven instead of character driven? A limited amount of crystals and maybe only certain classes of characters can equip specific crystals? Like...every person is given a class at birth even if they can use magic or not. Most regular people don't know their class, only that they can use specific crystals to cast magic or something? I'm just worried about things getting too complicated, and having to keep too many notes in order to keep rping
