"The boss wants to see me? This'll be fun..."

Marcus stated sarcastically as he witnessed the two soldiers pull the girl away. When Max shuddered a tear from his eyes, Marcus looked toward him.

"Hey, everything's gonna be alright. We've all been through some hell. But that's why we're such a good family. Everyone's been through tough times, and it's things like that that'll make us tougher. Trust me, I would know, I lost my entire squad when the aliens first arrived. My only memories of my team are our group name and dog-tags in my quarters. Anyway, the boss wants to see me."

Marcus then sighed and walked off towards the direction of the boss's quarters. Once he arrived, he knocked on the door.

"Boss, you wanted to see me? It's Marcus."
