So, since it has been three weeks and we've had no recent word from Heisenberg: I think it is safe to say he must forfeit his go in favor of progressing both of Tempest's quests. I'm sure he has good reasons, as I recall he mentioned midterms, but it has been three weeks since the last GM post from Tempest, as he is held up by people.
