Affiliation: The Banking Firm of Barrow & White
Skills: Victor Fish is a competent lawyer, but his real strengths are those of political intrigue and manipulation. It is a more or less open secret that Mr. Fish is an accomplished and powerful thaumaturge. 

Personality: Ruthless, cold, and utterly unflappable, Mr. Fish is capable of a certain cultivated charm when it suits his purposes. He is unfailingly polite.
