*I raise my fist and draw my sword from its back-mounted sheathe*

*I watch, tense, as the necromancer turns. The unnatural light shifting to reveal two pits of coal set in a sunken and decrepit face*

*He doesn't respond. I blink and turn to look for him, only to be met with a wicked looking dagger pressing into my neck. My eyes widen as I feel the coppery tang of blood wash over my tongue*

*I cough, splattering blood against the inside of my helm as my strength leaves me. Glancing downwards, I notice faint markings along the length of the blade. An enchanted weapon then. That would explain my sudden loss of strength. Struggling to breathe, I shift my gaze back to him*
