As a heads up for the next day, I'm planning to write out a little of Cas's appointment with the psychiatrist in the morning, possibly a talk with his father (Atlas might confront him on what Iris said about being in love with him), and then his preparations to rescue Iris before he and the guys meet up at the hospital to break her out.
