It could be interesting if the rebellion attacks during or right after Cas's coronation. It would put a lot of pressure on him as a brand new king to take care of the threat. As for Ethan being captured, I have no preferences, so we can handle that however you want to. One thing to note is that if he is caught, he'll most likely die, since the soldiers wouldn't waste time interrogating and killing him.
