Of that particular style of tsundere, yes. 

There are many examples of great tsundere characters. Asuka from Neon Genesis Evangelion. Kaname from Full Metal Panic. Kagura from Gintama. Etc. I think people lose sight of what makes the trope good because everyone is trying to replicate Asuka (poorly) or Louise (also poorly). But good writing in anime and manga is something that you really appreciate when it finds you, you just got to sift through a lot of bad like most mediums.
