In a lot of ways, game mechanics and equipment can be Powers. It's a flexible category. For instance, Junkrat had the Power 'Mine Maker', which allowed him to pull a new explosive mine out of thin air to use on a cooldown, which is a reality-bending Power revolving around an item. Tora has a gameplay mechanic from his game that quickly restores his HP out of battle. I assume that this Focus thing wouldn't just have information from Horizon Zero Dawn. If it's able to figure out useful information about entirely unknown entities in the World of Light, that's a bit of a reality bend, and given the usefulness of data gathering in general I would definitely say that qualifies as a Power. Plus, the original power you had is no good because it just describes her strongest weapon.
