After Desmond parts from them, they'll probably work as their own small group until they are either killed or mentally scarred to the point of refusing to fight anymore. Though they are competent trainers, they will all have a hard time adapting to the thought of killing opponents, and will probably suffer because of it. 

I suppose, in case of interaction, I should point out a few things about each of them appearance-wise in case they are approached.
