I'm in my twenties and I feel like I'm in my 80s. I have two chronic pain conditions (fibromyalgia and interstitial cystitis), and I take pride in being part of the disability community. I've been role-playing for about ten years now, give or take, I've been on the Guild since 2011. I'm a huge reader and have recently been on the biggest reading kick I've had since around 2017.

[*]be prepared to send me a writing sample before we even start planning the RP - I'll send you one as well[/list][h3][color=8d8d8d]THE REASON FOR THE INTEREST CHECK[/color][/h3]	So, the entire reason I've created this interest check is because I am [i]dying[/i] for an anti-hero romance. For any of you who recognized the image and quote above, you'll know I'm drawing inspiration from the [i]Shadow and Bone[/i] trilogy by Leigh Bardugo. I've just recently reread the series and just finished the TV show. For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, the [i]Shadow and Bone[/i] series is a young adult fantasy series about a young girl who displays a power that is prophesized to save the world. In said series, there is a romance between her and a man who has a power directly opposite hers - the anti-hero. They unfortunately do not wind up together, and I am looking to right that wrong.

	In this interest check, I am looking for nothing except an anti-hero romance set in a fantasy world. Besides that, I have nothing too specific. We could use a pre-established world, such as ASoIaF or the Grishaverse, or we could create our own. The same goes for plots. If anyone wants to actually do a role-play with the Darkling (the aforementioned anti-hero), I am [i]more[/i] than eager to play him. Other than that, I'm not a fan of using canon characters. I'm willing to do any type of pairing, though for this one I'm thinking MxF. I am quite used to playing males now, so if you [i]only[/i] play females I'm still willing to role-play with you - though I would expect you to create some male side characters.
