There will be royal rulers of each Kingdom. 

The Dark Elf Kingdom,  Malthemoor Kingdom, is led by two twin dark elves that will be created.

The River Fairy Kingdom is led by the Millinias. I will be making the Prince; other siblings are welcome.

The Sun Elf Kingdom is open for the children of royalty, I will allow whoever makes them to create the parents if they wish.

The Demi-human ruler for Roshmi can also have children.

If no one takes up these spots of royalty, npcs will be made.
