He IS enrolled in Angel Grove, but he doesn't have a major yet. Something I havn't really explained that much of is that Max has quite a bit of money, so he is just doing it to pass the time. 

Sorry I haven't been on as much as i want. I'm about 2 weeks from owning my own house and I work a 10 hour day, and my friend an I are almost done making our very own video game. The good news though, is that I have the next 3 days off.
