Lock picking: 6 seconds from any non electronic lock. Safes take 30 seconds to a minute depending on if he has a stethoscope. 

Weapon: HK USP Match and a pocket knife. He has no issue using either

History: Chicago Born and bred Hassan was well versed and well ranked in gang culture from age 6. From drug running to pick pocketing he was your boy. at age 13 his family moved to new york city where he quickly settled into his old habits.
