Just because Spider-Man is taken doesn't mean you can't play a Spider-Man related character. For Spider-Gwen herself, it has been established that Gwen is dead in this universe. So Spider-Gwen would probably have to be a clone or from another universe. I suggest you either PM here or message on discord [@Eviledd1984] who is playing Spider-Man to discuss this.
