Getting involved isn't mandatory. Babylon is huge and varied and completely open. There are hundreds of scenarios unfolding every second; in a realistic world Jack and Tal may never cross paths until the very end of the Roleplay, if at all. I suggest that if you can't see a way to organically involve your character in the drama developing in the Projects, start something else close by and see what happens. :sun We will all support ventures and sub-plots unless they absolutely do not mesh with the general direction we're going with.
