I've decided to update this as a more general interest check with several plot as well as some info about me. For starters, here's the basics of what you can except from me as a partner and what I've looking for in a RP partner.
I can post 1 to 3 paragraphs, and I can reply multiple times a day on most days. So I'd prefer an active partner, but I totally understand that real life comes first.
I play characters of all genders, but I will never ask you to play any particular gender in a RP nor will I ask you your gender in real life. Everyone should be free to play whatever character they want.
I'm not looking for plots that revolve around smut unless I specially state that. It's safe to assume that I will fade to black in most cases.
Finally, I'm over 18 and prefer a partner that is also at least 18. Not necessarily because of content but because it's simply more comfortable that way for me.
And now on to the plots. I enjoy crafting my stories with my partner, so if there's a plot that interest you but have an idea to change or add to it, then by all means feel free to suggest. I'm very open to suggestions.
I have an idea for a roleplay about the survivors of a huge apocalyptic event (could be a nuclear war, a zombie infestation, a virus, or whatever). Years after the event, only a handful of people remain. Maybe they managed to survive the apocalypse in a bunker and have finally emerged to find the world a completely different place. Now they have no choice but to rebuild and repopulate in a hurry before what little that remains of humanity is gone for good.
Set in the distance future, a group of explorers discover a planet that is rich in valuable minerals and other natural resources and decide to set up a colony there to mine these precious resources. Everything seems to be fine at first, and the colonists are already counting the fortune they will make when they sell the fruits of their labor, but everything changes when the mining activity disturbs something living beneath the planet's surface. A battle for survival ensues. Will the colonists be able to defend their colony and retain everything they worked so hard to obtain? Or will they be forced to evacuate the planet? Or even worse, will they all be wiped out?
An idea that's loosely inspired by the movie Aliens. We can definitely go in a lot of different directions with this one, but it will mostly be a horror story that will involve our characters relying on creative methods and sheer desperation to avoid being killed by one or more alien creatures.
A funny and ridiculous thing to say of course, but what if it were true? My idea is for a story that takes place in some kind of alternate universe where it is. The setting will be a high school. The first school in years that has allowed girls and boys both to attend. I'm thinking it's sort of an experiment and a statement at the same time. A progressive principal is trying to make a point and prove that boys and girls can be responsible enough to focus on their studies and still have safe relationships with each other without anyone getting, well, knocked up.
Yeah . . . probably not going to happen. But we'll see!
That's where we come in. We'll play as the students at this new school, going through the school year and dealing with everything that goes along with it. Now just to clarify, this isn't a mature roleplay. There's no sex or anything, although some language is fine with me. Honestly, I want the tone to be sort of a mix between slice of life but also something cute and light and fluffy with lots of funny and awkward situations arising. Although it could go in a different direction as well. We could play it a little more serious, or we could go really over the top silly with how things play out. I'm fine with either way. We could even try this plot in a different setting than a high school if you want.
Something with vampires, werewolves, and witches fighting some kind of war in a modern fantasy setting with the real world and the supernatural world colliding and our characters in the middle of it all.
Just any kind of family roleplay with lots of drama, especially things like affairs, money problems, substance abuse, unexpected pregnancies, sudden deaths, and pretty much whatever else we can come up with. Nothing is necessarily off limits here.
The Sims (Would love to do something set in Pleasantview from Sims 2 but anything really would be amazing) Star Wars (Original storyline only. Not a fan of the Disney version) Pokémon (I'm pretty much clueless beyond 5th generation) Aliens (Or Aliens vs Predator)
