Batteries are very efficient for when they’re needed, but it won’t lest forever. Especially not without a full suit and a dedicated reactor. I have enough for… Several minutes of combat at this level.

I’ve never had to operate on a system while being part of that system before. I can try, that’s all I can say.

I will note that darkness for my world connotates something different. Shadows and physical aren't always bad, they're just associated to bad things. However, darkness in the metaphysical sense is bad, negative emotions, negative intentions, fear. I believe we had this philosophical discussion of whether I'd like to live forever, death is associated with darkness as it is the opposite of life which often associated to the light. Death isn't necessarily a bad thing, it marks an end to a storied life and a transition to new beginnings - that is if you believe in reincarnation. It is those that desire to bring death that is marked in darkness, true darkness. In the same principal, there are differences to physical light and metaphysical light. For that you could probably just flip everything I've said for darkness.

Anyways, I think you can see why I want to be a teacher.
