Truth be told any chapter would work. The choice of chapter is largely cosmetic and I am not basing any of the mission ideas off anything chapter specific as far as plot purposes. These ideas are general enough that they could work with anyone. 

Blood Angels are a crowd favourite that nearly everyone likes

Salamanders are a personal favourite but not everyone's cup of tea.

Ultramarines would work great but I suspect people might be too personally offended at the idea of playing one

Imperial/crimson fists work great for nearly any scenario.

Dark angels are always mysterious and interesting

nearly any successor chapter would work.
