>[@Server] If you meant dimensions in the scientific sense, then I'd think his powers function as is excepting truly unusual circumstances. As the teleportation and time travel are all a result of his wings; which neither Archangels, Seraphim, or Grigori in the show can lose. At least not when Metatron did the spell to yeet all angels from Heaven because he's a prick.
