That felt patronizing more than anything, thee was a very very real risk of it happening, it already had, and he didn't see why they had to pretend like it wasn't. Maybe it was a comfort, to live in that kind of denial, but he didn't know if he wanted that. He didn't want to be in fear of death, and be constantly scared that he'd lose the ones he loved, but if he was prepared for that, wouldn't it at least hurt less when it finally happened? That was his way of thinking about it anyway. He walked along with the group, and realized his suggested to the kid of Poseidon that the ocean would be pleasant, and he felt a little silly in retrospect. Arthur shrugged, and didn't have a particularly strong opinion to walking or taxi. He kinda wanted to see the city, but, despite Leda's argument, he still didn't think they were really here for fun. They had a job to do, and if they failed, bad things would happen. so he said, "A taxi sounds like a decent idea, I um, don't actually know how to get one though." All he'd ever heard was that you could flag them down with ease, but he didn't want to just start waving his hands around toward the street.
