Jacob Vincent Charleson was born twenty one years ago in Nevada. He did have an unusually good life for someone in his social class. Well supported by the extended family and charities, he eventually became very well respected as a magic user once he reached the age of nineteen. When he turned nineteen, he came to Washington to live in Tanner. He's been obsessing over men, and magic ever since. Also, he has no prejudiced against warlocks or non mages or anything like that. He's very laissez-faire in life, and generally leaves people alone unless they are being a menace.
