[@JDubs]: If we're talking about kaiju in general, their origins vary depending on which one they are. Some are at least seemingly "natural" creatures, while others are mutations(Godzilla very likely being a mutated dinosaur much like in Heisei), and still others might have [i]other[/i] origins.
