Given that we really only seem to have one example to draw from, I'm not sure how much of a pattern that presents.

My thought process here is essentially:
Hamon is generated by special breathing but is, in effect, nothing more than a form of natural life energy that can be cultivated. Hamon users don't draw it from anything; they just straight-up produce it.
Gold Experience can sense and manipulate all life energy and biological processes.
Ergo, it follows that there is a high chance that Gold Experience either by default can sense and manipulate Hamon (at least on a basic level) without any talent/capacity of its user necessary or can otherwise develop the ability to do so. I doubt the abilities available to it as a Stand would be a 1-1 transfer, but I don't doubt it has the potential. And I definitely doubt that if the user managed to gain Hamon that GE wouldn't be able to channel its effects from them.
