Alexander nodded and followed the two, seemingly subdued for his previous attitude on the train. Charles had already been swept away to the Hufflepuff table in the Great Hall, and was speaking quietly to the other Hufflepuffs. "So, Charles, heard your brother just started here," One of them said suddenly. Immediately, the table went dead silent, as everybody was waiting for Charles' response. Charles just sighed and nodded. "Yes. That would be true," was his calm response. "What house do you think he'll be in?" The same questioner asked almost immediately. "I cannot be sure of that. I won't make any assumptions," Charles replied flatly, not liking where the conversation was doing.
