Richter heard the suggestion of the gateway and he wasn't a fan himself of it, but before he got a chance to reply Zi had flat out turned it down.  [i]Fair enough I'm not a big magic fan anyway, makes me think of hats and rabbits.[/i]  Hearing then about the gate Richter took a good look at it.  [i]Nothing too impressive, the lock seems a little bigger than the average one but not overly complex.  I'll take a closer look.[/i]  "You guys just wait here a minute I can handle this barrier to entry without issue." He declared as he approached the lock and fished out of his back pocket an ornate lock picking set, not one you saw every day.  

The process initially was slow as he had to get the right hook to even get it started.  Several minutes later it was just manipulating the pins to clear the way. That bit was done in about two minutes as the lock popped open and Richter took it off the gate, smiling back at them.  "A non issue my friends." He claimed as he put away his tools and stepped aside for Bee and Zi.
