Bacta is a compound of highly regenerative and complex bacteria that has been designed to copy the cells of an organism to greatly improve recovery time of wounds. Although, we found that stronger organisms tend to have a more reduced regenerative response than normal or weak being. Not saying it is not effective for strong beings, but it seems to be almost instantaneous for weaker beings compared to us.
